## What We Build in Whitby & Durham Region
Whether you're envisioning a resort-style backyard pool or a complete landscape transformation, Private Paradise handles every detail from concept through construction.
### 01
### Landscape Design & Construction
We create cohesive outdoor environments — not just individual features. Every project begins with a custom design process that considers your property's natural topography, architecture, and the way you actually live outdoors. Clients across Durham Region have trusted us to transform overgrown lots, dated backyards, and blank canvases into spaces that rival anything in the GTA.
### 02
### Custom Pool Building
From sleek geometric pools in Ajax to naturalistic lagoon designs in Bowmanville, we build pools that feel like they were always meant to be there. Our builds include concrete in-ground pools, water features, integrated lighting, and full mechanical systems — all engineered for the Ontario climate and long-term durability.
### 03
### Outdoor Living Structures
Pergolas, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, and fire features that extend your living space well past Labour Day. We design these elements as part of a unified landscape vision, not as afterthoughts.
## Why Durham Region Homeowners Choose Private Paradise
We're not a landscaping crew that does "design on the side." Private Paradise operates as a true design-build firm — meaning your landscape designer and your construction team are the same company, working from the same vision. The result is a project that stays on budget, meets its deadline, and looks exactly like what you signed off on. Our portfolio spans hundreds of completed projects across Durham Region. We work almost exclusively in the luxury segment, which means our team has the experience, suppliers, and trade relationships to deliver a level of finish that general landscaping contractors simply can't match.
